These image come from two very different but amazing kitchens. One kitchen, an up-scale french/ cuban fusion with locally sourced ingredients located in Mid-town Miami. The other kitchen is an old school favorite of New Orleans who's fame is surpassed only by the amazing flavor of their cuisine.
